Estimating Magnezone catch odds
Magnezone is Electric / Steel type. Select the relevant type medals; their multipliers are averaged, Pokémon level, ball, berry and throw bonuses.
Enter an encounter-specific assumed rate to produce a conditional estimate; the calculator does not assert a live Magnezone capture rate.

A Pokémon’s CP alone does not identify its level or IVs. These rows use perfect IVs and do not establish encounter availability.
Formula and scope
P = 1 − (1 − min(1, BCR / (2 × CPM))) ^ (Ball × Berry × Throw × Curve × Medal × Encounter)
Models a successful ball hit with constant assumptions. Fleeing, misses, critical catches, changing raid-ball bonuses, Adventure Effects and special guaranteed encounters are excluded.
